Chony's Art Room
Where Art Meets Well-being
Core Beliefs

Chony’s Art Room’s core beliefs are derived from over 20 years as a practising artist, and Visual Arts workshop facilitator to all ages in various regions of Australia, including some Indigenous Communities, Melbourne, Papua New Guinea and Internationally.
Chony interweaves her art therapy and visual art education qualifications to provide a diverse variety of arts workshops, in which the participants have opportunities to explore a diverse range of materials and techniques from watercolours, clay, inks, collage, printmaking, wet felting, acrylic pour and sculpture etc
From years of working within the arts sector across the globe and witnessing the positive effects of regular arts-based practice on people’s general well-being, Chony firmly believes that every human being, at any age, can find joy and inner calm by expressing themselves creatively.
