Chony's Art Room's school holiday art programs at The Coolum Shed have something for every artist to enjoy!

NATURE BASED CLAY, PAINTING & DESIGN WORKSHOPS FOR YOUNG ARTISTS

Based around themes of nature and our beautiful local surroundings on the Sunshine Coast.

We are offering both a mixture of drawing and acrylic painting on a canvas (baby turtles, a moonlit owl and a beach scene), designing and painting a skate deck (Super COOL) and the sensory fun of using SunClay to create small sculptures of both an owl and blue whale.

WHOLE or HALF DAY BOOKING OPTIONS

There are whole day options, in which young artists can be dropped off in the morning, stay for lunch (not provided) and complete the afternoon art project as well. A two in one day art immersion!. PARENT/GUARDIANS CAN JOIN IN THE FUN!

By growing popular demand a parent/guardian is welcome to share some art bonding time with a child. It is really quite special watching children paint with a loved adult.

AGE

Each workshop is suitable for 7 - 13 years of age and it is guaranteed that all artworks will look different!.

WHO IS CHONY?

Chony is a QCT registered arts educator, art therapist and local artist with over 25 years international and national experience 'in the arts'. She has a warm and positive approach to facilitation.
